Product Support Levels

Velocityscape stands behind it’s products 100% and we want to ensure that you achieve your data extraction goals.

 

Trial Support:

Velocityscape’s trials are supported by our online forum, our video demos, and the help files included with the product. Please call our support line if you have any installation issues or receive any error messages. We do try and respond to demo product use questions, but our Priority Support and Product Support queues receive first action. If you have questions regarding the capabilities of Velocityscape’s products, please call the sales department.

 

Standard Support:

Standard support comes free with every product we sell.  Velocityscape’s standard product support is dedicated to ensuring Web Scraper products install correctly and to trouble shoot any error messages encountered. We will respond to questions about product use, often on the same business day; but our Priority Support queue receives priority. If you need help performing an extraction that go beyond error troubleshooting, please contact us about our Training and Consulting offerings. If you have questions regarding the capabilities of Velocityscape’s products, please call the sales department.

 

Priority Support:

Velocityscape’s Priority Support is designed to provide support to mission critical applications. Priority Support offers same business day response from our support engineers, between 8 am and 6 pm Arizona Standard Time. We will troubleshoot installation issues and extraction problems and provide escalation to product engineers if your trouble ticket remains open for more than 1 business day.
